  • 2 tbspgranulated sugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 0.13 tspsalt
  • 0.5 cupunsweetened soy yogurt
  • 1 tbspunsweetened soy milk
  • 4spritz of cooking oil spray
  • 0.33 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 3 tbspunsalted vegan butter

Steps

  1. 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. 2

Add the yogurt and milk and combine with a spoon.

  3. 3

Gently bring the dough together into a ball with your hands, avoiding any kneading. The dough will be very soft; if it feels too sticky, add a small amount of flour as needed.

  4. 4

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each one into a small ball*.

  5. 5

Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (180°C)**. Place the dough balls inside and lightly spray them with oil.

  6. 6

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the dough balls are lightly golden***.

  7. 7

Meanwhile, combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

  8. 8

Melt the butter in a separate small bowl. Once cooked and while still warm, dunk the balls into the melted butter.

  9. 9

Then coat with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Enjoy!
