For 2 people

- 0.25 cupnatural peanut butter
- 0.25 cupsweetened condensed coconut milk
- 0.25 cupDutch-process cocoa powder
- 3 tbspunsweetened soy milk
- 0.25 tsppure vanilla extract

- 20 gdairy-free dark chocolate
Steps
- 1
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, nut butter, condensed coconut milk, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla, and salt.

Taste and add more peanut butter if you'd like a richer mouthfeel, or more sweetened condensed coconut milk if you'd like it sweeter. Remove the blades and fold in the chocolate.
- 4
Enjoy right away or chill briefly for a firmer, fudgier texture. Top with more chopped chocolate if desired, and enjoy!
